What exactly is an IJspas?
A gift card the size of a bank card, loaded with credit you can spend at all 17 IJswinckel shops. You make the front entirely your own with your photo, logo and text.
Can I design both sides?
No. The back is identical on every IJspas and arrives ready-made from De IJswinckel. The front is entirely yours. You can view the back before you order.
What's the minimum order?
One card is enough. There's no minimum and no artificial maximum — larger runs get cheaper per card.
How much credit can I put on a card?
You choose the amount per card. Every card within one order carries the same credit.
How long does it take?
Usually five working days. That clock only starts once your payment has arrived and your design has been approved. Need them sooner? Just get in touch.
What if my photo or logo isn't sharp enough?
You'll see it while designing: we flag whether an image is sharp enough for print. And before anything is produced, one of us always checks it over.
Can I show my design to someone first?
Yes. You get a link to share over WhatsApp or email. The recipient can view the design without logging in and can't change anything.
Do I need an account?
Not to get started. You can simply design and decide later whether to save it. You can order as a guest too.
How can I pay?
Through the usual online payment methods, including iDEAL. At checkout you're taken to a secure payment page.
Where can the credit be spent?
At all 17 IJswinckel shops, from Greater Rotterdam and Delft to the Drechtsteden and Zeeland. The back of the card says so as well.
